Krone in Aldino preserves Alto Adige regional cooking in wood‑panelled dining rooms and the hotel's veranda. The kitchen is led by chef Alberta Franzelin; many ingredients come from the mountain farm above Aldino and the menu includes Alberta's canederli, wild‑mushroom ravioli, homemade schlutzkrapfen and roast pork, with wines from the family's old cellar. In summer the church square serves as outdoor seating.
