Zash is the MICHELIN-starred restaurant housed within the Zash boutique hotel and SPA in Archi. The kitchen is led by chef Giuseppe Raciti (MICHELIN) and presents creative, seasonal cuisine that draws on the estate’s produce and local citrus. The dining room is set in the former palmento, arranged around the old wine fermentation tank, and the estate has belonged to the Maugeri family for decades.
