Ulìa is the natural restaurant of Cascioni Eco Retreat in Arzachena, with indoor and outdoor spaces linked by large windows and earth-inspired furnishings. Chef Salvatore Camedda leads a modern kitchen that uses honey, vegetables, herbs and orchard fruit from the estate, olive oil pressed on-site and the ancient wheats Senatore Cappelli and Trigu Cossu for bread and pasta. The venue sits within 18 hectares of countryside, with a pool and a cellar for tastings.
