Porcino in Badia, housed in the Badia Hill hotel at 1,315 m above sea level, serves creative Mediterranean cuisine led by chef Marco Verginer, blending alpine ingredients with selected marine influences under the Dolomites to Sea and Nose to Tail principles. Dinner is offered only as tasting menus — including a five-course vegetarian tasting menu — in a dining room with large panoramic windows, a terrace and an open kitchen; the cellar holds over 1,500 labels.
