Līmū occupies the Torre Ferrante in central Bagheria: a 40-cover restaurant with a private dining room and a terrace overlooking the Arco della Santissima Trinità. Chef Antonino Ferreri (born in Trabia in 1989) leads a creative Sicilian kitchen with a seasonal menu updated every two months, recurring dishes such as Reginette with moscardino ragù or Mackerel in a black salt crust, and a five-course a mano libera tasting. Ingredients are sourced from small artisanal suppliers and controlled supply chains.
