Cinque Foglie in Battipaglia is led by chef Roberto Allocca and is selected by the MICHELIN Guide. Ingredients partly come from the Adinolfi family farm in the Piana del Sele and are used in two tasting menus: L’Orto di Francesca (vegetarian) and Nostos (sea and meat). The cellar, directed by Ivan Mendana Fernandez, features over 1000 labels; the adjacent Linfa lounge offers mixology and a menu of alcohol-free infusions.
