Regallo opened twelve years ago in a restored industrial building on Biella’s streams, preserving original features with large windows, an open dining space and a visible kitchen. The seafood-focused menu is led by Claudio, assisted by Nicolò; bread, pasta, focacce and pastries are made in-house. Chiara manages a cellar of over 200 selected labels.
