Managed with his wife Marina and son Rocco, the kitchen highlights Dario Cecchini cuts with careful aging, game dishes, handmade pasta like gnudi and gnocchetti, and starters such as rosticini, knife-cut tartare and liver crostini; the chef is also trained as a pastry chef and gelato maker.
