Romolo Mare opened in December 2008 on the Capo Ampelio promontory in Bordighera and is the restaurant of the Amarea beach establishment. The seafood kitchen is led by chef Nadi Rakipi alongside Romolo Giordano’s experience, focusing on local ingredients: raw seafood, fried fish, the day’s catch and seasonal vegetables, with options for celiacs and vegetarians.
