Novo Osteria, located in the town of Borgonovo Val Tidone, occupies a restored historic building that also houses the Locanda Borgo Impero with seven rooms; the project is led by entrepreneur Gianni Maini. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide, the restaurant presents regional cuisine with modern influences led by chefs Sara Frellicca and Giorgio Paratici. The Sintonia menu highlights dishes such as potato gnocchi with savory porcini zabaglione, pumpkin risotto with smoked eel and pigeon tortelli; bread, cheeses and preserves are produced in house and the wine cellar is carefully curated.
