Wood is a gourmet restaurant in Breuil Cervinia, founded by Cristian Scalco and Amanda Eriksson and open since November 2013; it holds one MICHELIN star. The kitchen focuses on creative dishes that highlight local ingredients, with influences from Italy, Sweden and an Asian touch. Located at about 2000 metres at the foot of the Matterhorn, the dining room incorporates wood in its design and requires specific planning and organisation because of the altitude.
