Housed in a water mill dating to 1520, Molin Vecio in Caldogno sits beside clear spring waters and features cozy rooms with fireplaces, large dining halls and summer gazebos by the lake. Since 1984 it has emphasized seasonal Venetian cooking: classic Vicentine dishes and rarities such as capòn in canevèra, and freshwater fish flavored with herbs and citrus from its botanical garden of over 100 varieties.
