Sa Cardiga e Su Schironi in Capoterra is a seafaring-styled restaurant with several dining rooms, a sea-view terrace and a small summer dehors; an old cio in the entrance displays the day’s catch and an open charcoal grill highlights the focus on fresh product. Founded in 1967 by Cesare Murgia, who still selects fish at market, it offers regional seafood dishes such as sa burrida, fresh tagliatelle with sea urchins and bottarga, lobster alla sarda, spit-roasted eels and a cellar featuring notable Sardinian wines served also by the glass with an enomatic system.
