In the cassinee quarter of Carloforte, Al Tonno di Corsa opened in 1980 and is housed in a traditional island house in the historic centre; it features an open kitchen and serves fish and seafood. The menu emphasizes tuna from local tonnare and Tabarkina specialties: tuna starters such as musciamme, bottarga, cuore and capunnadda; primi like cascà, bobba and cassulli; and secondi including red mullet, sea bream, lobster and tuna.
