Da Nicolo is a seafront restaurant in the centre of Carloforte, led by chef Nicolo Pomata. It focuses on Carlofortina cuisine with seafood and shellfish, highlights tuna in several preparations and also serves distinctive pizzas; offerings include an à la carte menu, a tasting menu and a Tradition menu, plus desserts and a wine list. The venue has three air-conditioned dining rooms, about 100 covers and a veranda overlooking the quay.
