Mingone in Carnello is a family-run restaurant operated by the descendants of Domenico Pagnanelli, active since 1890. It focuses on Lazio cuisine with fish and seafood: the catch arrives daily from the Tyrrhenian and the Fibreno trout, kept in garden tanks, is a noted specialty.
