Set in an 18th-century palazzo in Carovigno, Già Sotto l'Arco is led in the kitchen by Teresa Galeone alongside Teodosio Buongiorno, with the family involved since 1982. The restaurant offers tasting menus of 4, 6 or 8 courses and dishes such as burrata wrapped in kataifi with green tomato, seared baby cuttlefish with bergamot, yellow pepper risotto and egg tagliolini with Parmigiano zabaglione. The cellar holds over 500 labels personally selected by Buongiorno; the venue is selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
