Hosteria La Cave Cantù occupies the historic Certosa Cantù in Casteggio, with a central courtyard, a baroque-domed well and aged stone walls; large windows face a small herb garden used to season dishes. Inside, two intimate dining rooms pair stone, wood and glass with artworks evoking the surrounding area. Chef Damiano Dorati leads a modern Italian kitchen focused on seasonal produce and on ingredients sourced in Italy and abroad, with attention to the Oltrepò Pavese territory.
