Kuppelrain is the gourmet restaurant in the heart of Castelbello, awarded one MICHELIN star since 2001. Chef Kevin Trafoier leads the kitchen with his father Jörg as advisor; the market-focused menu, with Mediterranean touches, favors locally sourced and mostly organic mountain and valley produce. The Trafoier family also manages the wine selection and the pastry work by Nathalie.
