Feva, open since 2011 in Castelfranco Veneto, occupies a 17th-century barchessa at the edge of the historic center. The creative, seasonal kitchen is led by chef Nicola Dinato and supported by a team that works with local growers, breeders and artisans to promote biodiversity. The house sourdough bread, made with their 2011 starter and a blend of five ancient wheat varieties, is featured; the venue has a kitchen-facing summer dehors, a private garden for events and ample parking.
