Terraforte is the restaurant of Castello del Terriccio in Castellina Marittima, set in the restored farmhouse facing the historic cellar, with a tasting room overlooking a panoramic garden and ample outdoor areas. The kitchen is led by chef Cristiano Tomei and makes use of the estate’s products — wine, olive oil, local herbs and meats — offering dishes such as pappardella, bistecca, fallow deer with juniper, Tuscan fried potato and the two fritters from sea and farm.
