In the heart of Catania, Coria is housed in the historic Palazzo San Demetrio, with interiors that recall the city’s noble residences alongside modern touches. Led by chefs Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, the restaurant serves modern Italian cuisine rooted in Sicilian tradition; founded in Caltagirone in 2008 and moved to Catania in 2024, it has held one MICHELIN star since 2012.
