Al Convento - Casa Torrente is a family-run restaurant in Cetara, founded in the 1960s inside a former convent: originally a bar and pizzeria opened by Gilda and Gaetano Torrente, it evolved into a trattoria and gained wider recognition under Pasquale Torrente in the 1980s. Today the kitchen is led by chef Gaetano Torrente (third generation), who emphasizes local ingredients and specialties such as colatura di alici and genovese di tonno; the team uses equipment like a Josper grill and a fish maturation unit.
