Da Nilo, located in the centre of Cetona on the ground floor of a 17th-century building, offers Tuscan cuisine led by chef Nilo. The menu highlights local products such as olive oil and wine from the area, wood-oven bread and garden vegetables, and features handmade pasta (pici, tagliatelle, pappardelle), bistecca alla fiorentina, wild boar and house-made desserts and gelato. Moved to renovated premises in 2012, the restaurant has two indoor dining rooms, a fireplace room and two outdoor areas.
