Futura in Chieti offers modern Italian cooking rooted in local ingredients and focused on seasonal produce prepared with innovative techniques. The chef trained at Niko Romito's school, took part in Expo Milano 2015 and the Italian cuisine week in Sao Paulo, and led the kitchen of Borgotufi – Ocrà for four years, curating the seasonal menus. The restaurant overlooks the renovated Piazza San Giustino and has an intimate, welcoming dining room.
