Via per Volano 52, località Porticino, 44021 · Codigoro
La Zanzara sits on a small islet linked to the mainland by wooden footbridges and occupies a renovated former fishing lodge; the main dining room, centred on a large fireplace, seats only a few guests. The menu is exclusively fish and seafood, built on Delta ingredients, seasonal availability and precise cooking. Outside a pedestrian path winds through reeds to observation points; a carefully selected wine list, soft lighting and jazz music complete the setting.
