Via Calderini 15, loc. Chiugiana, 06073 · Corciano
Osteria del Posto in Corciano is housed in the renovated premises of an old village mill, set among olive trees, and presents modern Umbrian cooking. The kitchen favors direct sourcing from local producers—legumes, cheeses, fresh meats, eggs, truffle, vegetables, olive oil, cured meats, herbs and fish—and experiments daily, serving only dishes assessed with care.
