Baita Fraina is a family-run mountain chalet in the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo, operated by the Menardi family since 1956. Chef Luca leads a concise kitchen focused on local products and Ampezzo tradition; Adolfo manages the dining room and cellar, while Simone and Sara run the enoteca with about one thousand labels and an Enomatic offering some forty wines by the glass. The property also has six renovated mountain-style rooms and a terrace overlooking the Dolomites.
