Ristorante de LEN is the restaurant of Hotel de LEN, opened in early 2022 in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo after renovating the historic Hotel Impero. It offers regional, traditional dishes that highlight mountain ingredients and Ampezzo culinary traditions, accompanied by a cocktail list combining spirits, wild herbs and woody notes. The venue follows sustainability practices and earned ClimaHotel certification in 2024.
