Locanda del Molino is an old mill converted into an inn in Cortona: it has eight rooms overlooking the Esse stream and the restaurant is set in the former frantoio beside the water. Family-run, it serves traditional Tuscan dishes using local ingredients — Chianina steak, roasted Cinta senese, organic cereals, cheeses, cured meats and homemade jams; two dining rooms (60 with fireplace, 20 intimate) and a terrace on the stream complete the offering.
