Via Maffei 2, 52044 · Cortona
Osteria del Teatro, opened in 1994 in the centre of Cortona, serves traditional Tuscan cuisine led by chef Emiliano Rossi. The kitchen emphasizes seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — including free-range pork, Chianina beef, fagioli zolfini, the Fagiolina del Lago Trasimeno and the osteria's extra-virgin olive oil — housed in a restored 16th-century building with three distinct dining rooms, one featuring frescoes.
