Radici ristorante in vigna sits among the vineyards of the Mura Mura estate in Costigliole d'Asti and is the project of Guido Martinetti with chef Mykyta Bida. The restaurant serves modern Piedmontese cuisine using ingredients from local farmers and breeders, offering à la carte choices and tasting menus. The interior retains a brick vaulted ceiling from 1878 and the outdoor terrace faces the vines, with an entrance flanked by jasmine-covered earth wings.
