Osteria della Chiocciola is a historic osteria and enoteca in Cuneo, opened in 1989 and founded as the city's first Slow Food restaurant. The kitchen, led by Beppe Lucia and Davide Testa, presents classic Piedmont dishes such as carne cruda, vitello tonnato, tajarin and panna cotta, with two tasting menus and fish options. The wine list includes around 600 labels.
