L'Aurum is the restaurant of L'Albereta in Erbusco, set in the historic villa on Bellavista hill with large windows overlooking the landscape and Lake Iseo. It serves modern Italian cuisine focused on local ingredients from selected producers; the menu changes with the seasons, combining technique and regional roots. L'Albereta was converted into a hotel by the Moretti family and opened in 1993.
