Da Sapì is Esine’s historic restaurant, now in its fourth generation. Chef Daniela leads the kitchen, offering typical cured meats and cheeses, fresh stuffed pastas, traditional meats and game, plus house-made bread, grissini and artisanal gelato prepared with sourdough and stone-milled organic flours. Dishes focus on local producers and seasonal ingredients.
