La Baita is an osteria, restaurant and enoteca in Faenza, founded in 1975 as a shop selling cheeses, salumi and local products and expanded in 1990 to include a dining room and a cellar. The kitchen offers seasonal Romagnol dishes made with territorial ingredients and is led by chef Fabio. The venue is also noted for its wine selection and holds the Bib Gourmand MICHELIN distinction.
