Sichelburg in Falzes is a creative restaurant located in a 14th-century historic estate, restored and reshaped in 2013. Chef Mirko Mair has led the kitchen for over ten years, focusing on high-quality ingredients and carefully considered combinations that reflect each element’s character. The venue includes 14th- and 18th-century stube seating 20–40 guests each, a solarium terrace and garden, event spaces for up to 100 people, and an attic conference room equipped with TV, flip chart and fiber internet.
