Podere San Faustino is an old family farmhouse set in the countryside of Fidenza. The kitchen focuses on traditional Parma dishes with house-made pastas — including tagliolini made only with yolks, tortelli and pappardelle with ragù — and a cured-meat selection from Vescovi, Bocchi, Ferriere and Palmieri. Gelato and sorbets are made on site with a Carpigiani batch freezer; dishes can be paired with a glass of sake.
