Il Tino is chef Daniele Usai’s restaurant in Fiumicino, opened in 2006 and awarded one MICHELIN star in 2015, located on the Tevere within the Nautilus Marina. The kitchen focuses on creative Mediterranean seafood: techniques such as fish maturation and charcoal cooking appear alongside dishes like Jerusalem artichoke cappelletti in squid broth with salted lemon and garum, moray eel bottoncini and a Stracco Bianco crème brûlée; the menu is offered in three tasting routes.
