Il Saturnino, opened in the second half of the 20th century by Philip Dakin and Franca Sacchetti, sits on the steps down to the port of Forio. With a few tables and a bright veranda overlooking the bay, the kitchen focuses on fish, the day’s catch and island vegetables; in the kitchen Ciro favors balanced pairings without overusing garlic or chili. The wine list includes more than 220 international and local labels.
