Osteria del Borgo in Galliate, close to the town castle, is a small osteria operating for eighteen years with few tables where traditional regional dishes meet the creativity of chef Federico. The seasonal menu lists preparations such as snails Burgundian-style, bigoli cacio e pepe with red prawn and a veal cutlet in a grissini crust. Bread and grissini are made in-house; the setting is intimate and unpretentious.
