In the centre of Grumello del Monte, Vino Buono occupies a 17th-century hayloft beside the Duomo bell tower. Founded in 1991 by Roberto Zadra as an enoteca, it became a restaurant in 1996 offering Lombard traditional dishesācured meats, cheeses, hearty pastas and meat or fish optionsāand a wine list curated by Zadra and his team of over 400 carefully chosen Italian labels.
