Villa Maiella is the Tinari family’s restaurant and hotel in Guardiagrele, operating since 1968 and awarded one MICHELIN Star in 2009. Housed in a villa near the town, it pairs modern Abruzzese cooking with produce from its own farm — vegetables, noble flours and a certified black pig herd — and includes on-site pastry by Angela and Antonella and specialty coffee prepared with a Syphon.
