Le Cedrare is located in the greenhouses of Villa Perez-Pompei Sagramoso in Illasi, an 18th-century villa set within formal gardens, paths, fountains, olive groves and vineyards. Chef Marcantonio Sagramoso leads a kitchen that blends international influences with local seasonal ingredients; the restaurant features two main dining rooms with frescoed vaults, large windows onto the garden and a wine list of over 250 labels. Bread is baked daily and the estate produces its own olive oil; in the evenings tables can be arranged outdoors with views of Illasi Castle.
