RESTAURANT
Piazza San Vincenzo 1, 38060 · Isera
In the centre of Isera, Casa del Vino della Vallagarina is a restaurant, wine resort and enoteca housed in the historic Palazzo de Probizer, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Vallagarina. The kitchen highlights Trentino tradition and seasonality: the chef assembles each day an antipasto, a primo and a secondo using local, km zero ingredients and vegetables from the garden. The wine shop lists over 150 labels from Vallagarina producers and the venue is mainly recommended for adult guests.
