RESTAURANT
Via Vulcanello, 98055 · Isola Vulcano
Il Cappero is the Mediterranean, modern restaurant housed in the Therasia Resort Sea & Spa on Isola Vulcano. The kitchen, led by the house chef, works with local fishers and producers and favors hand-caught seafood and non-intensive farms. Dishes concentrate on one or two protein elements, while the restaurant reduces single-use plastic, uses low-energy equipment and pursues lower water and energy consumption alongside fair treatment of staff.
