Dei Cantoni, opened in 1988 in the historic I cantóun quarter of Longiano, is a modest, family-run Romagnola restaurant with an outdoor courtyard in summer inside the town's historic walls. The kitchen emphasizes seasonal, local ingredients; sourdough bread and piadina are baked daily using stone-milled flours, and for holidays they make panettone, loaves and baked sweets. A small shop on site offers hand-printed textiles and porcelain.
