ES Cantina&Ristorante in Manduria offers modern cuisine alongside the winemaking work of Gianfranco Fino. Fino began his venture in 2004 by purchasing a 1.30 ha Primitivo alberello vineyard; the alberello-trained vines grow on red calcareous-clay soils and are shaped by sea breezes and strong sun, producing wines with a marked territorial identity.
