La Preséf is the restaurant of agriturismo La Fiorida in Mantello, led by chef Gianni Tarabini. It serves creative Alpine cuisine that highlights ingredients grown and processed on the farm: cheeses from its dairy including Valtellina Casera DOP, vegetables and meats raised on site, signature dishes such as the Segalin, and a wine list emphasizing local Chiavennasca. It has held one MICHELIN star since 2013.
