Sücar Brüsc in Mantova offers modern cuisine rooted in Lombard tradition with seasonal menus that highlight local products, including Cru Caviar from sturgeon farms. Opened in March 2019, it presents the Bevar selection with about 300 labels and interiors that reflect local history: ceiling beams darkened by the 1919 fire, panels with dialect sayings and 18 clocks on the walls. A new dining room was inaugurated in December 2021; the restaurant is selected in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2026.
